Booking

We use the School Gateway app to accept bookings for HeyKids, this is done on a first come first serve basis and spaces are limited. Bookings can be made as far in advance as possible but must be paid for at the time of booking otherwise the sessions are cancelled automatically at midnight the night before the session is due to take place.

Accounts should always be kept in credit or at a zero balance and should never go into a debt. If a debit balance is recorded future sessions will not be able to be booked until it is cleared.

Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance to allow us to ensure we have the correct staff. Cancellations must also be made 48 hours in advance, cancellations after this time will still be charged. If you need access to the club within the 48 hours please speak to a member of staff to see if there are spaces available, this will only be authorised and book in exceptional circumstances agreed by school staff. Payment will need to be made as soon as possible to ensure the account does not sit in debt.
